Reiki Level 1
In Reiki Level 1 you will learn Reiki healing techniques for yourself and others. No prior experience or training is necessary. This class gives students the time they need to connect with Reiki energy and their own natural healing abilities, so you feel comfortable giving Reiki.
You will learn how to give friends and family a Reiki Level 1 treatment. You will learn how to prepare for a session, use proper hand positions, technique and posture. Practice time will be included so you have the opportunity to experience giving and receiving Reiki with fellow students.

This course meets the required hours of training to apply to the Canadian Reiki Association. You will receive your Reiki Level 1 certificate at the completion of the class.
